Pork tenderloin (for pork cutlet) 300 g
Onion 50 g (around 1/4 of an onion)
White button mushrooms 30 g (around 3 mushrooms)
(A) Teriyaki Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
(A) Ketchup 4 Tbsp
Katakuriko (potato starch) as desired
Vegetable oil as appropriate
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flat-leaf parsley as desired


  1. Season pork with salt and pepper, and coat with Katakuriko. Cut onion and mushrooms into thin slices.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the pork on both sides. Remove the pork from the frying pan.
  3. Put the onion and mushrooms into the frying pan from step 2. Sauté. When tender, return pork to the frying pan and coat with the sautéed mushrooms and onion.
  4. Garnish with flat-leaf parsley and serve.
