Pork and Soy Beans Cooked in a Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

Pork (loin) 200 g
Canned soy beans 100 g
Fresh tomato 400 g (around 2 tomatoes)
Onion 100 g (around 1/2 an onion)
Salad Dressing 50 ml
Flour as desired
Vegetable oil as appropriate
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flat-leaf parsley as desired

Preparation

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour.
  2. Cut tomatoes coarsely and onion into thin slices.
  3. Drain canned soy beans using a strainer.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the surface of the pork from step 1.
  5. Add the tomatoes and onion from step 2 into the frying pan from step 4, and sauté over low heat until tender.
  6. Add Salad Dressing to the frying pan from step 5, stir in the soybeans from step 3 and braise for around 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with flat-leaf parsley and serve.
