(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
(A) Sugar 1 Tsp
(A) Water 50 ml
Vegetable oil as appropriate


  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add A (Dashi Soy Sauce, sugar and water) and beat together lightly.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add 1/3 of the A mixture from step 1. When the eggs are partly cooked, roll from the edge. Repeat this step two more times, adding the egg mixture to the rolled egg omelet from the previous step.
