Boneless chicken thigh 200 g (around 1 thigh)
Pepper a small amount
Ponzu Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Iceberg lettuce 90 g (around 3 leaves)
Cherry tomatoes 40 g (around 4 tomatoes)
Asparagus 40 g (around 2 spears)
Vegetable oil as appropriate
Salt (for parboiling asparagus) as desired


  1. Season chicken with pepper.
  2. Tear iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces by hand. Parboil asparagus in salt water, and cut diagonally.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pan-fry both sides of the chicken from step 1. When cooked, season thoroughly with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
  4. Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Serve the chicken with cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and parboiled asparagus. Pour the leftover sauce in the frying pan over the chicken.
