Kake Udon Noodles

Ingredients

Udon noodles (pre-boiled) 400 g (around 2 packs of Udon noodles)
(A) Soup Soy Sauce 100 ml
(A) Water 500 ml

Preparation

  1. Heat the Udon noodles in hot water, drain and place in a bowl per serving.
  2. Heat A (Soup Soy Sauce and water) in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour over the Udon noodles from step 1.
