Sweet bell pepper 70 g (around 1/2 a pepper)
Cabbage 100 g (around 2 leaves)
Bacon 30 g (around a strip and a half of bacon)
Snap peas 70 g (around 7 pods)
Egg 1
Salad Dressing 3 Tbsp
Vegetable oil as appropriate


  1. Cut the sweet bell pepper, cabbage and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes. Pull out the tough strings of the snap peas.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the sweet bell pepper, cabbage, bacon and snap peas from 1 above. Stir in the Salad Dressing. Make a hole at the center of the ingredients in the frying pan and crack an egg into the hole.
  3. Put a lid on the frying pan and braise until the egg in the middle is cooked through and hardens.
