Dried Somen 200 g (around 4 bunches)
(A) Soup Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp (60 ml)
(A) Water 4 Tbsp (60 ml)


  1. Boil the Somen noodles, release in cold water after it is cooked, drain the water and place in a serving dish.
  2. Pour the dipping soup sauce A in a cup and serve.
