Ingredients

Pork slices 200 g
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
(A) Water 2 Tbsp
(A) Sugar 1 Tsp
(A) Juice from grated ginger 1 Tbsp
Vegetable oil as appropriate

Preparation

  1. Mix A together (Dashi Soy Sauce, water, sugar and juice from grated ginger).
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the pork.
  3. When both sides have browned, add A from step 1 and coat over heat.
