Ingredients

Any vegetables of your choice:
Potato, sliced 150g
Onion, cut into wedges 100g
Pumpkin, seeded and sliced 100g
Red pepper, cut into strips 70g
Asparagus, cut diagonally 40g
Chicken breasts or your choice of protein
Any herbs of your choice (optional)
Olive oil as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Ponzu Soy Sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Place a grill pan over medium-high heat or prepare the barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Brush the vegetables with olive oil to coat lightly.
  3. Sprinkle the vegetables and meat with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill until cooked to your preference.
  5. Serve with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
