Ingredients

Frozen mixed seafood 200 g
Dried red chili pepper 1/2 cut
Fresh garlic 2.5 g (around 1/2 a clove)
Olive oil 1/2 Tbsp
Dashi Soy Sauce 1/2 Tbsp
Fresh parsley as desired

Preparation

  1. Defrost frozen mixed seafood.
  2. Chop fresh parsley.
  3. Remove seeds from red chili pepper and cut garlic clove into thin slices.
  4. Heat olive oil, chili pepper and garlic from step 2 in a frying pan. When aroma rises, add mixed seafood and sauté. Stir in Dashi Soy Sauce.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
