Ingredients

Spinach 200 g (around 1/2 a bunch of spinach)
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
(A) Ground sesame 2 Tbsp
(A) Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
Salt (for parboiling spinach) as desired

Preparation

  1. Parboil spinach in salt water, cool in cold water, squeeze out the water and excess moisture from the cooked spinach, then cut into 4 cm long pieces.
  2. Place A (ground sesame and sugar) in a bowl, mix well, then add the spinach from step 1 and dress.
