Ingredients

Steamed rice 2 servings
Boneless chicken thigh 100 g (around 1/2 a thigh)
Onion 50 g (around 1/4 of an onion)
Eggs 2
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 20 ml
(A) Water 140 ml
(A) Sugar 1 tsp
Mitsuba Japanese parsley as desired

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and the onion into thin slices.
  2. Chop Mitsuba into desired length.
  3. Add the chicken from step 1 and A (Dashi Soy Sauce, water and sugar) in a pot and cook. When done, pour mixed raw eggs over the cooked chicken and onion in the pot.
  4. Put steamed rice into a bowl, ladle the cooked chicken, onion and egg mixture on top, sprinkle with chopped Mitsuba Japanese parsley and serve.
